Our Classes

Pilates

A mind-body exercise involving controlled movements. Add in the heated infrared pilates, and now you are working simultaneously to boost your metabolism, increase serotonin, and decrease pain. Each session helps you connect with your body, build balance, and leave feeling centered, strong, and refreshed.

Pedal & Power

Experience the best of both worlds in one balanced class, energetic cycling intervals paired with focused strength training. Build endurance, sculpt your muscles, and stay connected to your body in a workout designed to leave you strong and grounded.
